  2. Tessur, the richest nation in the south, defies the Sonvaric League. One day the two will come to open war, and force everyone who trades with them to pick a side. In the meantime they war with their pockets.
  3. The negotiators of the Sonvaric League might have learnt their trade from the darkest of sources. It is said that writing a good contract is essential for those who deal with the most evil of arts… But never say this to their faces, or you may end up at the bottom of a harbour!
  4. The most reliable way to get post across the known world is to give it and an exorbitant amount of money to the Sonvaric League.
