2009 preliminary booking form out now! Don’t panic. Yes, we know this form is very early, but we’d like to start writing as soon as possible. If you are a third year or it is likely that you will be going, please fill in a form and email it back by the Sunday, 13th of July.
It’s okay to change your mind later, when the second lot of forms go out. It’s also okay to pull out then (or before). We just want to get
a general idea of what people want. This will also allow people who want to build complicated phys-reps and costumes to start as soon as
possible.
